It comprises a book and a record, both exploring African and Afro diasporic sound through critical, artistic, and sensory lenses. The book gathers essays, conversations, and visual works by artists, scholars, and musicians, challenging Western centric approaches to museology and ethnomusicology. It proposes new ways of
