The grapes are sorted in the cellar then ferment for 2 months in oak barrels from the Tronais forest. The wines undergo light stirring during their 10 month aging in barrels. They are neither filtered nor pasted. The Tressallier brings finesse, liveliness and freshness with its aromas of Granny apple and honeysuckle, while the Chardonnay
