Stub was designed by Grethe Meyer and Ibi Trier Mørch in 1958 for Holmegaard Glasværk and was taken out of production in 1995
The glass is cut in the Lubin shape
Frederik d. 8 rødvinsglas, 15 cm. Drikkeglas but the glass is calledHeight 15 cm. Diameter 7 cm. Frederik d. 8 is from 1917 and was discontinued in 1934, making it one of Holmegaard Glassworks' rarest glass. It is mouth blown from heavy crystal glass, with a beveled bowl that curves slightly at the edge. The glass has an attached beveled stem, which is in the shape of an inverted baluster. The stem has a narrowing, also beveled, just below the bowl. Perfect condition.
