Most famous craftsman using this go was Rinsendo Mitsumasa born in the 1721. However I have checked this signature against Mitsumasa piece I own and other available sources and it is written in a different way. Therefore I suspect that this piece could have been made by his adopted son who signed "Rinsendo Mitsuo". Unfortunately I was not able to find any examples of his signature for comparison.
